The Heirloom (larger) is designed to fit A5 inserts, and the Keepsake (smaller) fits A6 inserts.
Heirloom | A5: 5.83 × 8.27 in / 148 × 210 mm
The Heirloom’s A5 inserts are your classic notebook size (think: classic Moleskine notebook). A little larger than the A6, it’s great for nighttime journaling, planning out your week, or sketching.
Keepsake | A6: 4.13 × 5.83 in / 105 × 148 mm
The Keepsake’s A6 inserts are perfect to jot quick notes, daily plans, and take on the go. It’s slightly bigger than a passport and great as a travel companion.

The tri-fold fully wraps around all edges of your journal inserts, enveloping any pouches and tools.
The bi-fold acts as a cover, allowing for a more minimalistic carry.

How to Create

Because each journal is handmade to order, all sales are final. If your piece arrives damaged, please reach out to our Concierge within 2 days of delivery with photos and a detailed description. We’ll carefully review your case and support you with the next steps.

Since each product is made to order, please allow 2-4 weeks to complete your journal. Shipping will depend on the option you select (~3-5 days US domestic, and up to a few weeks internationally).

At the moment, we do not offer international shipping.

Our journals are made of high-quality, vegetable-tanned full-grain leather sourced at a local leather supplier. Each leather piece may feature subtle natural markings and variations— characteristics of natural cowhide.

We work with a local leather shop to source our leather. We hand-select each and every piece, ensuring the highest quality possible.

Keep your journal away from prolonged sun exposure, moisture, and oils, and gently wipe it with a soft dry cloth as needed. Your journal will naturally develop a rich patina over time.

Yes — your journal will develop a rich, sought-after patina as it ages. Depending on the style and color you choose, it may feel a bit more structured at first, but over time the leather fibers will soften and gently mold nicely around your inserts.
